How it works
- 1
Tell their story
Add name, dates, a portrait, photos and the story of a life. Everything stays private until you choose to publish.
- 2
Gather the people who cared
Share the page with a link or a QR code. Family and friends sign in with Google to leave greetings, memories and candles.
- 3
Keep it the way you want
Make the page public, or private for invited people only. You decide who can contribute and what is shown.

Preparing a memorial is free. When you publish, you choose how long the page stays active. Prices are one-off totals in US dollars, including VAT where applicable.
12 active months
$29
Publish the memorial and keep it open for new photos, memories and candles for a year.
5 active years
$99
Five active years for the whole family, paid once.
Active
Family can add photos and stories, and visitors can leave greetings, memories and candles.
Archive mode
When the active period ends, the memorial stays online and everything can still be read, but new contributions pause. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
Anyone you allow can extend the active period at any time, and each payment adds time to the whole memorial. If the page is in archive mode, the new period starts right away. Even in archive mode you can change privacy, correct details, export everything or delete the page.
Questions
What is an online memorial page?
An online memorial page is a website dedicated to someone who has died. On Everhere it gathers their life story, dates, portrait and photos in one place, and family and friends can leave greetings, share memories and light a candle – publicly or for invited people only.
Do visitors need an account?
No. Anyone with the link can read a public memorial. To leave a greeting, a memory or a candle, visitors sign in with Google so that every contribution comes with a real name.
Who can see a private memorial?
Only the people you invite by email address. They sign in with the Google account that uses that address.
What happens when the active period ends?
The memorial moves to archive mode. Everything stays online and readable, but new photos, greetings, memories and candles pause until someone extends it. You get an email reminder two weeks before.
Can others help pay?
Yes, if you allow it. Several people can pay at the same time and each payment adds to the active period. Paying never gives anyone admin rights.
Where is our data stored?
Memorial texts and photos are stored in the EU. You can download everything, or delete the memorial and your account, at any time.
How much does it cost?
Preparing a memorial is free. Publishing costs $29 for 12 active months or $99 for 5 active years, as a one-off payment. There is no subscription, and after the active period the memorial stays online in archive mode.
Which faiths and traditions are supported?
Everhere has designs, words and tributes for non-religious, Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist and Hindu memorials – for example candles, stones placed in remembrance or prayers. More traditions are on their way.
